as some of you know, i've been contemplating to stay in bed for the rest of the year and enjoy dwindling my life away. but desperate times calls for desperate measures.

so i'm now back at ibm, coincidentally in the same department as dear ms joycie ang.
ex lenovo boss is also just a few cubicles away.

starting monday, i'm officially on my own and apparently, it seems i've been swindled into disaster. the 3 days of handing over is seriously inadequate. 99% of the time, all i can do is just stare at the screen while the ex-temp works her magic at excel with the reports, racing against time.

so i guess you could say at the end of the three days i still have no understanding of what i'm suppose to do.

considering i'm only a temp, work is amusingly, stressful. i really dread going to work everyday. REALLY REALLY REALLY.

i'm sorry to those who had to endure my whines, whimpers and wails.

it's like entering a battlefield - i reach work 8:45, log on to the com and there goes my entire day.

there is just no time for lunch and loo breaks plus, you go home late!

the most sickening thing here is you can sense people literally treat you like dirt.

this is when i miss working at OA dept. i come to work 9:15, leave 5:30, happy. Those were the days~

find me another job please! i'm really not keen in being best friends with the scanner.

we are so honoured to have joyce's presence with us this day. like finally ok.

truth be told, i haven't had the luxury of time or rather, energy to visit the whole of tampines1 yet.

yes yes yes, i havent seen all of it.

the only thing on my mind after work is to send myself home in the shortest-est time possible, into the comfort of my bed and youtube kim hyun joong through the whole night. heeheehee.

so while waiting for mstee, mr&mrs poh and me -the gooseberry had meesua outside this pretty jap snack shop while the water from the fountain splashes on our feet.

there were no seats and i think we looked pathetic.

nonetheless dinner was delish.

joycieang set eyes on the Harry Potter popcorn set and we got it!

that's her carrying that magic pot around. :P

to celebrate jo's start of work, (and the real start of hell for me) i convinced her to dtich "yogwa" again. we were only one street away but the lure of roaming around town rather than stretching our muscles is overwhelming. ok, at least for me.

i'm digging any and everything korean/japanese nowadays.
yeahoo :) we got to feast on some korean cuisine in light of me having some spare cash from pay day. no more salivating, no more drooling while watching korean dramas.

side dishes,kimchi fried rice, kimchi fried rice cakes, kimchi pancake!!!
and now i know how korean tea tastes like.
i'm so getting those silver chopsticks and long long spoon!
we missed the Ja Jang Myeon though or else i would have ordered that as well. :(
i don't care if after all those, with our gigantic stomachs, we can't stand up straight. if need be, WE WILL CRAWL OUR WAY OUT.

at the end of the day, it's better not to be in town on a sunday. somehow ironically you become the minority. it's the maids' off day you see.

these days i can't be awake for more than 5 hours so i'm literally in bed the whole time unless otherwise really needed.

seems i'm experiencing mid-life crisis at age 22.

i'm really lost and it is super frustrating.

i don't want to think so i sleep my day away.

we were suppose to be off swearing at bikram today. thanks to me, we ended up storing calories instead of burning them.
